Joe graduated from the University of Reading with a degree in Quantity Surveying, achieving First Class Honours, before beginning a role in construction finance as an Assistant Cost Consultant.

Following this, Joe began studying for an MSc in Global Finance and Banking at King’s College London, alongside starting a business in marketing. As Joe continued learning about finance, he found the area that most resonated with him was financial advice and working with individuals.

Joe joined Accession in February 2022, passing his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and becoming a fully qualified Financial Adviser in November 2022. Joe qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner in January 2025.

Outside of work Joe enjoys travelling, shooting, golf, and rugby. In his younger years Joe played rugby for the Northampton Saints EPDG. Besides sports, Joe also enjoys working on his project cars and motorbikes.
